What this module does
The module manages the full scholarship flow: defining criteria, opening applications, committee evaluation, announcing winners and automatically distributing tokens.
In the SRBan pilot, every student receives a promotional scholarship in SRBan at the start of the year — their first income. The module automates this whole flow, plus merit and performance scholarships.
